- Minimum University degree (S1/S2) Psychology from
- State University & Public University with level accreditation “A” & “B”
- With GPA S1. min. 3,00 (scale 4)
- With GPA S2. min. 3,25 (scale 4)
- Professional Experience : Minimum with 3 years experience in Recruitment
- Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior)
- High integrity
- Having good communication
- Management & supervisory skill
- Target oriented
- Understand and able to use pshycotest tool
