JOB HOLDER SPECIFICATION

  • Educational
  • Minimum University degree (S1/S2) Psychology from
  • State University & Public University with level accreditation “A” & “B”
  • With GPA S1. min. 3,00 (scale 4)
  • With GPA S2. min. 3,25 (scale 4)
  • Professional Experience : Minimum with 3 years experience in Recruitment
  • Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior)
  • High integrity
  • Having good communication
  • Management & supervisory skill
  • Target oriented
  • Understand and able to use pshycotest tool

Placement : Surabaya and Bandung
