Management Trainee (Penang)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production
- Analyze daily production data
- To control WIP trend and raw glass
- Responsible to make polishing sample
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to live in Penang-Malaysia (based on contract 1-2 years)
