Pre-sales Solutions Engineer and Data Networking
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to sales team by leading the development of technical proposals to major network operators in the area of data networking (IP/MPLS, carrier Ethernet, security).
- Develop customer solutions, network designs, etc. Lead customer trials.
- Respond to technical RFQs, develop Bills of Quantity.
- Keep up to date on relevant solutions, products, and services.
- Analyze and recommend new products.
- Develop truste relationships with both customers and vendors
- Serve as a consultant to after-sales deployment and other pre-sales teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical experience in IP/MPLS, MetroEthernet, and L2/L3 VPNs. Experience in security or DPI applications would be a plus.
- 4+ years experience in working with network operators
- Excellent interpersonal, communication ,and presentation skills, both Indonesian and English
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco, Juniper) preferred.
